I HAVE BEEN APPROACHED BY ANOTHER PROVIDER AND THEIR COST WILL SAVE ME MORE, WHY SHOULD I STAY WITH A VERITABLE AND NOT GO TO A FIXED THAT IS A GREAT DEAL LOWER. PLEASE ADVISE

Eugene, variable rates often go up on you and many providers do nothing to reach out to their customers to try and renew their accounts on a cheaper rate. The provider may find that it is more profitable to let the customer stay on the super high variable rate and figure this out on their own. I recommend shopping fixed electric rates and signing up on the cheapest one for the term you want. I personally always renew on a fixed rate that is locked in for 1 or sometimes 2 years.

my name and Duquesne Light account numbers were given to a caller from your company. You must call me at 412-111-1111 so I can cancel
the order to switch to your company. I am under contract with another electrical generation company and do not wish to use Verdi.
